COMPUTER TUTORIAL(EXCEL PART-1)

কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণে আজ তোমাদের কাছে নিয়ে এসেছি MICROSOFT EXCEL সম্পর্কিত বেশকিছু তথ্য । আজ থেকে COMPUTER প্রশিক্ষণ পর্বের শুরু করলাম । আশা করি তোমাদের ভালো লাগবে , এর সম্পর্কিত যদি কোনও প্রশ্ন থাকে তাহলে আমাকে কমেন্ট করে বলতে পার আমি উত্তর দেব । তবে চলো শুরু করা যাক.........।
  
FORMULA

  1. Addition :-                  =Sum(Cell Number : Cell Number)
  2. Subtraction :-               =Cell Number – Cell Number
  3. Multiplication:-           =Cell Number * Cell Number
  4. Devidation:-                 =Cell Number / Cell Number

2) What is cell address ?
Ans:- Every cell has a particular address that is called cell address.

3) How to find out average ?
 Ans:- = Total/No. of subject

4) How to find out Pass or Fail ?
Ans:-   =if(Total Cell No. >= Pass Mark of Total, “Pass”, “Fail”)

5) How to find out of Division ?
Ans:-   =if(Average cell no.>= AVG. Marks of 1st Division , “1st”, if(Average cell no.>= AVG. Marks of 2nd Div, “2nd”, if(Average cell no.>= AVG. Marks of 3rd Div, “3rd”, “Fail” )))

How to insert an extra row ?

Ans:-   ( Rows are always set above )

1)      Click on the particular cell.
2)      Click on the Insert Menu.
3)      Click on the Rows option.

How to insert an extra column?
Ans:- (Columns are always set of the left side)

  1. click on the particular cell.
  2. click on the insert menu.
  3. click on the columns option.

** How to insert an extra worksheet ?
Ans:-  
1.      Click on insert menu .
2.      Click on the Worksheet Option.

** How to Change the name of a Worksheet.?


Ans:-
1.      Select the particular Worksheet
2.      Click on the Format Menu.
3.      Go to Sheet Option.
4.      Click on the Rename.
5.      Type a new name for the Sheet.
6.      Click out side the sheet tab.

** How to hide a Sheet?
Ans:-
1.      Select the particular worksheet.
2.      Click on the format menu.
3.      go to sheet option.
4.      Click on hide option.

** How to Unhide a Sheet?
Ans:-
i)                    Click on the format menu.
ii)                  Go to sheet option.
iii)                Click on unhide option.
iv)                Select the particular sheet.
v)                  Click on ok Button.

** How to set a Background on a sheet ?

Ans:-  
i.                    Click on format menu.
ii.                  Go to sheet option
iii.                Click on background option.
iv.                Select a particular background.
v.                  Click on insert button.

** How to delete the Back ground?
Ans:-
i.                    Click on format menu.
ii.                  Click on sheet option.
iii.                Click on the delete back ground option.

** How to insert any Chart?

Ans:-  ( Select name cell to total all cell )
i.                    Click on the Insert Menu.
ii.                  Click on the chart option.
iii.                Choose any chart type.
iv.                Choose any chart sub-type.
v.                  Click on the next button.
vi.                Click on the next button.
vii.              Click on the Chart Title box and type any Title.
viii.            Click on the Category axis and fill up the Box.
ix.                Click on the Value Y axis Box and fill up the Box.
x.                  Click on the next Button.
xi.                Click on the finish Button.

** How to insert Comment in a particular cell?
Ans:-
1.                  Chose the cell where you insert the comment.
2.                  Click on the insert Menu.
3.                  Click on the Comment Option.
4.                  Type the Comment inside the Comment Box.
5.                  Click on the outside the Box.

**How to insert any auto format?
Ans:-
1.                  Select all the work.
2.                  Click on the Format menu.
3.                  Click on the Auto Format Option.
4.                  Chose any Auto Format.
5.                  Click on the ok button.

** How to give any Condition Format with Color?
Ans:-
i.                    Select subject Numbers only.
ii.                  Click on format menu.
iii.                 Click on the Conditional formatting option.
iv.                Click beside the between box.
v.                  Put the Minimum Value ( 0-33)
vi.                Click on the Format Button.
vii.              Choose any Color from color box.
viii.            Click on ok Button.
ix.                Click on the add button
x.                  Again Click on beside the between box.
xi.                Put the minimum Number ( 34-100)
xii.              Click on the format button
xiii.            Choose any color form color box.
xiv.            Click on Ok Button.
xv.              Click on OK Button.

Q:- How to protect sheet with any password?

i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Click on protection option.
iii)                Click on protect sheet option.
iv)                Type any password inside the password box.
v)                  Click on ok button.
vi)                Again type the same password inside the reenter password box.
vii)              Click on ok button.

Q:- How to unprotect the sheet?

i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Click on protection option.
iii)                Click on unprotect sheet option.
iv)                Type the password.
v)                  Click on ok button.

Q:- How to give any one egress number to make him pass or fail?

i)                    Choose any one total cell.
ii)                  Click on tools menu.
iii)                Click on goal sheet option.
iv)                Type the mark of total inside the to value box.
v)                  Right corner click of by changing cell box.
vi)                Choose any one subject numbers of same row.
vii)              Again right click of by changing cell box.
viii)            Click on ok button
ix)                Click on ok button.

Q:- How to shorting the table into ascending/descending order?

i)                    High light the total cell only with heading.
ii)                  Click on data menu.
iii)                Click on short option.
iv)                Click on short option.
v)                  Choose total option from short by box.
vi)                Choose ascending/descending option.
vii)              Click on ok button.

Q:-  How to find particular record from auto filter?

i)                    Choose any one heading cell.
ii)                  Click on data menu.
iii)                Click on filter option.
iv)                Click on auto filter option.
v)                  See the particular result.

Q:-  How to input any new data with the help of form?
i)                    Choose the next of last cell.
ii)                  Click on data menu.
iii)                Click on form option.
iv)                Click on new button.
v)                  Fill up the form.
vi)                Click on criteria button.
vii)              Click on close button.

Q:-  How to get same particular result?

i)                    Select the particular cell.
ii)                  Click on data menu.
iii)                Click on filter option.
iv)                Click on advance filter.
v)                  Active copy to another location option.
vi)                Right corner click to copy to box.
vii)              Choose the cell of the same number.
viii)            Again right corner click of copy to box.
ix)                Click on ok button.

Q:-  How to fix the cell with max/min value through validation?

i)                    Choose the subject number only with out heading.
ii)                  Click on data menu.
iii)                Click on validation option.
iv)                Choose where number from allow box.
v)                  Put the minute 1.
vi)                Click on max box and put the no (9,0).
vii)              Click on ok button.

Q:-  How to find out the annual report of last to years?

i)                    Make the chart of years and prepared the annual sheet with out quantity and total.
ii)                  Go to Brd sheet.
iii)                 Select the particular cell.
iv)                Click on data menu.
v)                  Click on consolidate option.
vi)                 Right corner click to reference box.
vii)              Go to 1st sheet.
viii)            Select the quantity and total with ground total
ix)                Again Right corner click of reference box for centre back.
x)                  Right corner click on reference box.
xi)                Go to 2nd sheet.
xii)              Select the quantity and total with ground total.
xiii)            Again right corner click of reference box for returned back.
xiv)            Click on add button.
Click on ok button.
