COMPUTER TUTORIAL(MS-WORD PART -1)

কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণে আজ তোমাদের কাছে নিয়ে এসেছি MICROSOFT WORD সম্পর্কিত বেশকিছু তথ্য ।  আশা করি তোমাদের ভালো লাগবে , এর সম্পর্কিত যদি কোনও প্রশ্ন থাকে তাহলে আমাকে কমেন্ট করে বলতে পার আমি উত্তর দেব । তবে চলো শুরু করা যাক.........।

MICRO SOFT WORD

     1 .    How to open Microsoft Word?
Ans :-       i)  click on start button.
ii)                  click on prgramms option.
iii)                Click on Microsoft word  option.


File Menu:-  How to save  a file?
            Ans:- i)  complete the work.
                      ii) click on file menu.
                      iii) click on save option.
                      iv) type any file name  inside the file name box.
                       v) click  on save button.



Save as:-          This option is used to save an existing file with another name to the
                        Same  location  or  with same name to the another location.
                       
i)                    At first save a file.
ii)                  Click on file menu.
iii)                Click on save as option.
iv)                type another name to save the file inside the my document
or choose another location from save in box.
                        v)         click   on  save button.


2.         How to open a file?
 Ans:-  i) click on file menu.
            ii) click on open option.
            iii)choose your file from the middle box.
            iv) click on open option.


3        Page setup:-


This option helps us to set up the page margin( left, right, top, bottom) as well as page size of a document.


i)                    click on file menu .
ii)                  click on page set up option .
iii)                set the margin (left, right,top,button)one by one and change the orientation(portrait / landscape).
iv)                Click on paper button tab on top.
v)                  Choose any paper size from paper size box.(A4 size).
vi)                Click on ok button.
4. print Preview:-
                                    This option is used to see the preview of any printed document.
i)                    complete the work.
ii)                  Click on the file menu.
iii)                Click on print preview option.
iv)                Click on close button.
Note:-  To exist from preview mode click on the choose button at the middle top of the document.

Print:-- This option helps us to print any complete document by print.

i)                    switch on of the printer.
ii)                  Complete the work.
iii)                Click on the file menu.
iv)                Click on print option .
v)                  Choose the particular option.
vi)                Click on ok button.

Edit Menu:-    


            Cut and paste :- This option is used to cut a text from anywhere in a document
                                    And paste the text anywhere in a document.

i)                    type any text .
ii)                  select the text .
iii)                click on the edit menu.
iv)                Click on cut option.
v)                  Position the mouse  cursor
Where you paste the text.
vi)                click on edit menu.
vii)              Click on paste option.


Copy and paste :- this option  helps us copy a text  from anywhere in a document and paste the text anywhere in a document with position the mouse cursor.

i)                    type any text .
ii)                  select the text.
iii)                Click on edit menu.
iv)                Click on copy option.
v)                  Position the mouse cursor where you paste the text.
vi)                Click on edit menu.
vii)              Click on paste option.
Find:-

            Find option is used to find anything(word, sentence)in a document.

i)                    At first complete the work
ii)                  Click on edit menu.
iii)                Click on find option.
iv)                Type the word that want to find inside the find what box.
v)                  Click on find next button one by one.
vi)                Click on ok button.
vii)              Click on cancel button.


Replace:-         This option is used to insert a new word in replace of an old word.

i)                    complete the work.
ii)                  Click on edit menu.
iii)                Click on replace option.
iv)                Type the old word inside the find what box.
v)                  Type the new word inside the replace with box.
vi)                Click on replace /replace all button one by one.
vii)              Click on ok button.
viii)            Click on choose button.
Go To:-

            This option helps us to go anywhere (line,page) in a document.
i)                    complete the work.
ii)                  Click on edit menu.
iii)                Click on go to option.
iv)                Choose the particular option (pages, line) from the go to what box.
v)                  Click on enter number box and put the number.
vi)                Click on go to button.
vii)              Click on close button.


View Menu:-

Tool Bars:- With the help this option we can take any tool bar.


i)                    Click on view menu.
ii)                  Click on tool bar.
iii)                Choose any tool bar.



Q:- How to create your won tool bar?

i)                    Click on view  menu.
ii)                  Click on tool bars option.
iii)                Click on customize option.
iv)                Click on tool bars button (tab on tab).
v)                  Click on new button.
vi)                Type any tool bar name.
vii)              Click on ok button.
viii)            Click on command button tab on tab.
ix)                Through drage and drop option one by one to the created tool bar from different categories from help.
x)                  Click on close button.


HEDAR FOOTER

With the help of this option we can any heading at the top any give foot not at the button of every page of a document.

i)                    click on view menu.
ii)                  Click on header and footer option.
iii)                Type any heading inside header box.
iv)                Scroll down the mouse.
v)                  Click inside the footer box and type any foot not.
vi)                Quick double click at the outside of the box.

Not :- This option can view clearly only in prient preview option.

INSERT MENU
                                                                                                                                                                                
Break:- Through break option we can create ore pages in a document.

i)                    Click on insert menu.
ii)                  Click on break option.
iii)                Active page break option.
iv)                Click on ok button.










Page number:- with the help of page number option we can insert page numbers serially in any format to every page of a document.

i)                    Click on insert menu.
ii)                  Click on page number option.
iii)                Choose position of the from position box.
iv)                Choose any alignment from alignment box.( left / center / right ).
v)                  Click on format button.
vi)                Choose any type of numbering from number of format box.
vii)              Click on ok button.

DATE AND TIMES:- With the help this option we can  insert current date and time any where in a document.


i)                      Position the mouse cursor.
ii)                    Click on insert menu.
iii)                  Click on date and time option.
iv)                  Choose any style.
v)                    Click on ok button.

NOTE :- We can take also the current time through this prosses.

AUTOTEXT:- Sometimes there is need of some repetitive words of any where in a document. Auto text helps s to create or to get these kinds of words very easily.

i)                        Position the mouse cursor.
ii)                      Click on insert menu.
iii)                    Click on auto text option.
iv)                    Choose any category.
v)                      Choose the particulars word.

Q:- How to create your own auto text ?

i)                      Click on insert menu.
ii)                    Click on auto text option.
iii)                  Again click on auto text option.
iv)                  Type the text or inside the enter auto text box.
v)                    Click on at button.
vi)                  Click on ok button.

NOTE :- To get your auto text

i)                      Click on insert menu.
ii)                    Click on auto text option.
iii)                  Choose normal category.
iv)                  Choose your auto text.

SYMBOL: - With the help of this option we can insert any symbol( small picture) instead of any text.

i)                    Position the mouse cursor .
ii)                  Click on insert menu.
iii)                Click on symbol option.
iv)                Choose any font from font box on top ( weddings font )
v)                  Choose any symbol.
vi)                Click on insert button.
vii)              Click on close button.


Q:- How to insert any clipart picture?

i)                    Click on insert menu.
ii)                  Click on picture option.
iii)                Click on clipart option.
iv)                Choose any category.
v)                  Choose any picture.
vi)                Click on the top option. (Insert clips).
vii)              Click on close button.

Q:- How to move any picture?

i)                    Right mouse click on the picture.
ii)                  Click on format picture option.
iii)                Click on layout button tab on top.
iv)                Click on right option.
v)                  Click ok button.

Q:- How to insert any auto shapes?

i)                        Click on insert menu.
ii)                      Click on picture option.
iii)                    Click on auto shapes option.
iv)                    Choose any category.
v)                      Choose the particular style.
vi)                    Draw the auto shapes.

Q: - How to insert any wedshats picture as fill effects on any object?

i)                    Draw any shapes.
ii)                  Select the object.
iii)                Click on fill colour button from drawing toll bar.
iv)                Click on fill object option.
v)                  Click on picture button tab on tap.
vi)                Click on select picture button.
vii)              Choose from looking box.
viii)            Choose windows option from the middle box.
ix)                Click on open button.
x)                  Choose wed shots option from the middle box.
xi)                Click on insert button.
xii)              Click on ok button.

Q: -   How to bring any text in font of object?

i)                    Type any text.
ii)                  Draw any object.
iii)                Select the object.
iv)                Right mouse click on the object.
v)                  Click on format picture option format auto shapes.
vi)                Click on lay out button tab on top.
vii)              Click on behind text option.
viii)            Click on ok button.

Q: -    How to select all object at a times?

i)                    Select the fist object.
ii)                  Press the shift from key board and click on the other objects.
iii)                Move the object any where with mouse or arrow key from key board.




OBJECT

Through object option we can insert paint in a document.



i)                    Click on insert menu.
ii)                  Click on object option.
iii)                Wait few seconds.
iv)                Choose bit map image option.
v)                  Click on ok button.
vi)                Draw any picture inside the picture box.
vii)              After draw the picture double click out side the picture box.


                  NOTE: - To change or modify the picture quickly double click on the picture.


BOOK MARK

             
                  This option is use to create a speed mark at any where in a document.



i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Click on option.
iii)                Active book mark option.
iv)                Click on ok button.
v)                  Type any text.
vi)                Position of the mouse cursor.
vii)              Were you add the book mark.
viii)            Click on insert menu.
ix)                Type any book mark name inside the book mark name box.
x)                  Click on add button.

                  HIPER LINK:- This option helps us to linking between fills just clinging on the link text.     

i)                    Complete more than document save then.
ii)                  Select any text.
iii)                Click on insert menu.
iv)                Click on hyper link option.
v)                  Click on fill button.
vi)                Choose another fill the you wan to link.
vii)              Click ok button.
viii)            Click on ok button.

FOMAT MENU

FONT: - With the help of this option we can make a text beautiful with different style size, colour and effect.

Q:-     How to change font  style, size colour and effect in a document?
                       
i)                    Type any text.
ii)                  Select the text.
iii)                Click on format menu.
iv)                Click on font option.
v)                  Choose any font, font style, size colour and different effect from the different boxes.
vi)                Click on ok button.


Q:-  How to make a text animated ?

i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Click on options.
iii)                Active animated text box.
iv)                Click on ok button.
v)                  Type any text.
vi)                Select the text.
vii)              Click on format menu.
viii)            Click on font option.
ix)                Click on text effect button tab on top.
x)                  Choose any animation.
xi)                Click on ok button.

Q:-    How to write H2O ?

i)                    Type H2o.
ii)                  Select any 2.
iii)                Click on format menu.
iv)                Click on font option.
v)                  Active subscript option.
vi)                Click on ok button.

PRAGRAPH:-   This option is used to aling the selected text and give minimum line spieling  between lines.
i)                    Type any text with many lines.
ii)                  Select the text.
iii)                Click on format menu.
iv)                Click on paragraph option.
v)                  Choose any aliment from alignment box. ( left center write)
vi)                Choose any line spieling from the line spieling box.
vii)              Click on ok button.

BULLETS AND NUMBERING:- When we need to make any kinds of list seriall, we can give an identification mark at the beginning of each link with the helps bullets and numbering option.

i)                    Click on format menu.
ii)                  Click on bullets numbering option.
iii)                Click on bullets or numbering button tab on tap.
iv)                Choose any bullets or numbering.
v)                  Click on ok button.

BORDERS AND SHADING:-  We the help of this option we can give a text border on shat colour or page border.


Q:- How to give a text border and shading.
                                   
i)                     Type any text.
ii)                   Select the text.
iii)                 Click on format menu.
iv)                 Click on border and shading option.
v)                   Choose any shading from left sight.
vi)                 Choose any style, colour width from the different boxes.
vii)               Click on shading button tab on top.
viii)             Choose any colour.
ix)                 Click on ok button.

Q:-       How to gave page border?
                                   
i)                    Click on format menu.
ii)                  Click on border and shading option.
iii)                Click on page border button tab on top.
iv)                Choose any setting from left side.
v)                  Choose any style, colour width from the different boxes.
vi)                Click on ok button.

NOTE:- To give any art in a page border to the same process and choose any are from the art box.

COLUMNS :-  Deily names paper columns we can creates more column in a document with the help of this option.

i)                    Click on format menu.
ii)                  Click on columns option.
iii)                 Choose number of columns from number of columns box.
iv)                Click on ok button.

TABS:-  This option use to set tabs  into different position in a document to jumps  from a position another position.

i)                    Click on format menu.
ii)                  Click on tabs options.
iii)                Type stop position box.
iv)                Click on set button.
v)                  Through this process set all the tab stop position one – one.
vi)                Click on ok button.

DRTOP CAP:- Drop cap option helps us to make a particular latter big just like the fist latter daily news paper hading.

i)                    Type two word in two line first latter of the words well be the same and delete the first latter of the second line.
ii)                  Select the first latter of the first line only.
iii)                Click on format menu.
iv)                Click on drop cap option.
v)                  Choose drooped option.
vi)                Choose line to drop from lines to drop box.
vii)              Click on ok button.
CHENG CASE :- We can prepare sentence in to the for wing cases lower case upper case Title case toggle case.

i)                    Type any text.
ii)                  Select the text.
iii)                Click on format menu.
iv)                Click on change case option.
v)                  Choose any case.
vi)                Click on ok button.

BACK GRAUND:-  We can give any colour in a document just for looking the document beautiful only.  The back ground colour well not be printed.

i)                    Click on format menu.
ii)                  Click on background option.
iii)                Choose any colour or more colour or fill effect.
iv)                Click on ok button.
TOOLS MENU:-

SPELING AND GRAMMER:- This help us to click spelling of any word. From here we can also grammatical error or mistakes and rectify them also.

                        i)          Type any paragraph with spelling and grammar cal mike take.

ii)                  Position the mouse cursor at the first of the paragraph.
iii)                Click on tools menu.
iv)                Click on spelling and grammer option.
v)                  If there is any spelling grammer mistake then choose the correct suggestion from the suggestion box below.
vi)                Click on change button. (If the spelling is correct then do not take any suggestion just click on ignore button.
vii)              Do it one by one.
viii)            After competing job click on ok button.

WORD COUNT

                                               

From this option we can view all the details of any document.

i)                    Compleat a document.
ii)                  Click on tools menu.
iii)                Click on word count option.
iv)                View all the details.
v)                  Click on choose button.

AUTO CORRECT


Sometimes we have to use same word again on again in a document, through auto correct we can set this word the document any with its shorts from like : who =word help organization.

i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Click on auto correct option.
iii)                Type the short from of the word in reples.
iv)                Type the full from word in with box.
v)                  Click on button.
vi)                Click on ok button.

After sating the auto correct word just type the short from of the word and press the space key or enter key of key board. The full from well appear on the screen.

PROTECT DOCUMENT
We the helps of this options we can protect any document with a repeats password .

i)                    Compleat your document and save it.
ii)                  Click on tools menu.
iii)                Click on protect document option.
iv)                Active comments option.
v)                  Click on the text box below any type any password.
vi)                Click on ok button.
vii)               Again re-enter the same password.
viii)            Click on ok button.
UNPROTECT DOCUMENT

Unprotect document option in use to unprotect any protected document with the same password.

i)                    First protect any document with password.
ii)                  Click on tools menu.
iii)                Click on unprotect document option.
iv)                Type the password.(Previously enterd)
v)                  Click on ok button.

MAIL MERGE

With the help of mail merge option we can sand any latter to many parsons just by changing the address.

i)                    Click on tools menu.
ii)                  Choose letter & mail Marge.
iii)                Click on mail Marge.
iv)                Click on next options.
v)                  Click on next option.
vi)                Choose the type a new list.
vii)              Click on create option.
viii)            Click on write option.
ix)                Choose the field now one by one delete option.
x)                  Click on add option.
xi)                Type a new for your field.
xii)              Click on ok button.
xiii)            Click on ok button.
xiv)            Type your record name.
xv)              Click on close option.
xvi)            Type any name add save button.
xvii)          Click on ok button.
xviii)        Bring your cursor desiere place then click on insert Marge field.
xix)            Click on <<ABC>>option.
xx)              Click on next option.
xxi)            Click on next option.
xxii)          Click on next option.
xxiii)        Choose edit individual latter.
xxiv)        Click on ok button.

xxvii)      Click on insert option.

xxix)        Choose number rows from number of row box.
xxx)          Click on ok button.

i)                    Click inside the table.

iv)                Click on column option.
